Investors in People
We embarked on the Investors in People award in September 1998, having been told after an initial audit, that the philosophy of the home at the time encompassed at least 50% of what was required to achieve the award. We decided to take on the challenge and first gained the award in September, 1999, and were re-awarded in 2002, 2005 & 2008. when people ask “what is Investors in People”, one explanation is that you are a listening business which actions suggestions & providing staff with training and development.
