Health and safety is extremely important here at Aronel Cottage, for that reason we ensure that all of our staff undertake Induction training. We far exceed the CQC minimum standard for qualifying staff. See our recent testimonials here.
Staff are issued with name badges displaying their Christian names. Aronel Cottage has a high staff ratio to ensure quality time with our residents.
All our new staff undertake Criminal History Check DBS, extensive in-house induction training & supervision. Those without NVQ2 are enrolled onto the course 3-6 months post completed induction.
